TOYOTA DASH DISASSEMBLY INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent an accidental short circuit. 1. Unclip and remove the side panel from both sides of the radio and air conditioning system. Figure A) 2 -2005 TOYOTARAV 42001-remove the (4) Phillips head screws securing the radio and climate change package to cut down on the control panel. (Figure B) 3 remove the (4) 10 MM bolts securing radio. (Photo (C)) 4 DASH disassembly A B C continue to Kit Assembly. Disconnect and Remove radio. 5 remove the factorybrackets on the radio. Keep the kit Assembly brackets for use in the. 6 7 95 9,578 DASH disassembly TOYOTAMR2 spider 2000-2005 disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent an accidental short circuit. Unsnap the lower trim piece on each side of the dash, console and remove (2) Phillips screws exposed all the cavity. Remove the upper trim piece on either side of the console. (Fig. A) 2 remove the climate control knobs, and (2) Phillips screws exposed. Remove the climate control trim bezel. FIGURE (A) Remove the ashtray and (1) 10 mm bolt exposed. Unclip the ashtray trim bezel and remove. (Picture A) Unclip the radio trim bezel, remove the (4) Phillips screws securing the unit and disconnect the wires. 4 1 5 2 (A) to continue to Kit Assembly. 7.
