2000 BMW 528i (E39)-DOHC front wheel removal and installation manual
Replace front wheel bearing (hub) (basis) warning! The bearing will not be able to decode. Do not wash out bearings. Remove brake disc (brake line is connected), brakes and traction control; Disc brake system. Disable the ABS in the impulse sensor. Delete the link stabilizer stabilizer, steering and suspension. Remove the nut. Installation: use the washer (1). The tapered tap and bore without the fat. Replace the self-locking nut. Brace the hexagon socket if necessary. Tightening torque specifications, refer to the guidance. Press off the track rod using the 31 2 240. Mark the installation position of the spring strut tube (1), (2) swivel paint-ever mark scribing tool. Marking is not required, if the factory mark is still recognizable. R the correct installation position of the spring strut tube L installation position to the left of the spring strut tube version of the factory markings above the swivel bearing. Remove the nut. Expand the swivel bearing the special tool, and then drag it to the swivel on the 31 2 200, taking down. The Setup: press the swivel connector on the phone, taking up to put an end to the workshop of the hoist and installation position of the Note. Replace the self-locking nut. Tightening torque specifications, refer to the suspension of the feet to the screws and remove the wheel bearing.
